During your Morocco photography tours, we will take you to the best areas for sunrises and sunsets to capture the best photographs. Besides, you will explore the Atlas Mountains, Berber villages, and Kasbahs, and enjoy the desert and its dunes.  Also, you will ride camels through the desert and sleep in a desert camp in the heart of the desert.

Itinerary of Morocco Photo Tours:

Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

 When you arrive at  Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, we will transfer you to your accommodation. However, it is possible to take you to visit the Hassan II Mosque and other parts of the old Medina if you arrive early. Overnight is in Riad or Hotel.

Day 2: Casablanca to Essaouira

You will be impressed with the news experience and shots when we are in Essaouira. In the heart of Essaouira, you can walk along the coast to Skala de la Kasbah. It is the 18th-century seafront ramparts that overlook the sea and blue boats. Besides, you can discover the UNESCO-protected old Medina and experience sea street food. Next, you will be on the beach to catch the sunset with an unforgettable atmosphere and shots. After that,  you have free time to spend the night in Essaouira before you go to your Riad.

Day 3: Essaoouira – Marrakech

Today,  we drive you to Marrakech city. There, you will have a city tour around Marrakech tourist attractions. This is one of the main tourist cities in Morocco. Thus,  you will visit the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque,  the Saadian Tombs and Bahia Palace where you can admire mosaics and traditional architecture. After that, you will stroll through Medina’s labyrinthine passageways filled with market shops and artists. With your camera in your hand, you will not miss any shots. 

Next, we will take to capture the vibrant chaos of Jamaâ El Fna Square, where fantastic photo chances are in each corner. You will admire local magicians, painters, chefs and musicians and other activities. After you enjoy all the tourist attractions in Marrakech, you can have free time. You can walk around the Medina or go to a rooftop reception in one of the restaurants and have dinner accompanied by music.

Day 4: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ourzazate- Skoura – Dades Valley

We will leave after breakfast towards the High Atlas. We will cross the mountain ranges along the Tizi-N-Tichka pass at 2,260m. These ranges and the snacky road are among the best spots for Morocco photography tours. Thus, you will enjoy the mountain road and its unexpected landscapes. From here, we will lead you through various Berber villages and fields before we arrive in Ait Ben Haddou around the afternoon. This fortified city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. It is known for its Film Studios where films such as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and The Mummy were shot. 

After that, we travel to Ouarzazate city where you can visit Atlas Studios and take photos at Taourirt Kasbah. Later, we head to another authentic kasbah of Amridil in  Skoura village. Finally, we move to Rose Vallet before we continue our Morocco trip to Dades Valley. Overnight is in Raid or Hotel.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

 After breakfast, we will drive you to  Todra Gorges in Tinghir town via 1000 Kasbahs road. You will have enough time in this place to capture the high rocks that tourists climb and go for a walking tour around these mountains. Then, we lead you through another photographic scene of palm groves. There will stop in old villages and visit Berber cloth cooperations. Next, we drive to Jorf village to explore an old irrigation system, and we head to Erfoud city. It is the city of dates and fossils. We will also make a stop to capture a traditional market with different dates and fossils. 

Finally, we will be in the Sahara of Merzouga. It is one most visited destinations that attract photographers and vloggers. There, you will take your camera in your hand while riding camels through the golden dunes. You will shoot the sunset and enjoy music under the stars in your desert camp.

Day 6: Merzouga 4X4 Desert Excursions 

When you came back from the camp, you will have a desert tour around the Sahara for a great Morocco Photographic tour. So, you will experience an off-road drive to the black desert where you meet nomads and explore their living styles. Next, we lead you to the Mifis mines. During the protectorate, the French used the mifis mines to collect metal, but locals still go there to extract some metals. Our next stop will be in Khamlia village. Khamlia is a settlement of a few black-skinned people who were taken as slaves hundreds of years ago from central Africa, especially in Sudan and Mali. We will listen to their cultural and authentic Gnawa music. Moreover, you will visit one of the oases, and we take you to your accommodation and have free time. Overnight is in Riad or Hotel.

Day 7:  Merzouga – Erfoud –  Ifrane – Fes

After breakfast, we begin our journey to Fes city along different landscapes. From Merzouga, we will travel to Rissani town where you can take a walk through a busy traditional market with old crafts and lifestyles. Thereafter, we move to  Erfoud where we can stop in one of the fossil factories to explore fossil products. Besides, we drive to Errachidia and Ziz Valley where we will stop for photos at the palm grove and old kasbahs. This is one of the spots for Morocco photo tours.  

From here, we will take you along the Middle Atlas Mountains where you admire photographic views of the High Atlas mountain ranges. Later on,  we stop at Midelt city for lunch and then stop at the Cedar Forest in Azrou. Here, you will see and take photos of the monkeys that live there.  Finally, we will cross Ifrane or The Swiss town and arrive in Fes city. Overnight is in Riad or Hotel.

Day 8: Fes City Tour

For another amazing experience in your Morocco Photography tours, you will explore the oldest Medina in Morocco. Everything will amaze you. Therefore,  After breakfast,  you will meet your local guide to explore the spiritual and the oldest imperial city. You will begin with a panoramic view from one of the hills that overlook the city.  Then, you visit the golden gate of the Royal Palace, Blue Gate, and you move to Medina. There, you will visit Medersas or centres of Koranic studies, such as  Al-karraouine University and Mederasa Ben Youssef. After that, you visit tanneries, Mellah and other tourist attractions in Fes. Overnight is in the same accommodation.

Day 9: Day Trip Fes to Chefchaouen

Without a doubt, Chefchaouen or the Blue Pearl City of Morocco is one of the charming sites for Morocco tours. This blue city is ideal for Morocco photography tours because it has everything blue.  So, you will have a tour of this blue town in the Rif Mountains. You will have plenty of opportunities to capture the vibrant colours and textures of “Chaouen” as you walk the streets. You can also visit interesting tourist attractions in Chefchaouen, such as the old Medina, Spanish Mosque, Kasbah Museum, Place Outa el Hammam and  Kasbah. After you explore everything, we will drive back to Fes and drop you off at your accommodation.

Day 10: Transfer to the airport

We will transfer you to the airport today anytime you will depart. Finally, this is the end of the Morocco photo tours service.
