10 Days Tour from Marrakech to Marrakech

  10 days tour from Marrakech is one of the best grand tours from Marrakech. Firstly, the tour travels to Casablanca to visit the famous Hassan II Mosque and heads to the Imperial city of Rabat. Besides, it travels to the blue pearl city of Chefchaouen to admire its blue Medina. Secondly, it visits the imperial city of Meknes as well. Itinerary of 10 Day Tour from Marrakech

Day 1:  Marrakech ~ Casablanca Rabat

  10 days tour from Marrakech will travel to Casablanca today. Thus, it is the capital economic city where the famous Hassan II Mosque is. It is the largest mosque in Africa and the 7th largest mosque all over the world. Moreover, it is inspired by the Moorish style and 20th-century innovation and equipment. The great news is that it is open to non-Muslim tourists. Thereafter, we will travel to Rabat. It is also an administrative capital and one of the imperial cities in Morocco. Besides, a guided tour will cover the main attractions of the capital; the Castle of Chellah, Mausoleum King Muhammed V, Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Oudaya and the old Medina. And then, we will drive you to check into your Riad/hotel for a night.

Day 2: Rabat The Blue Pearl Chefchaouen

  After your breakfast, we will drive to Chefchaouen. Firstly, we will drive along the Rif Mountains, viewing panoramic scenes of green fields. So, you will have free time here to discover the old Medina and admire the white-washed buildings of the Spanish style. The Medina is surrounded by wonderful landscapes of the Rif Mountains with a magical sunset. Finally, you will check into a local Riad for a night.

Day 3:  From Chefchaouen ~ Volubilis ~ Meknes Fes

  Volubilis is an archaeological site known for the old Roman ruins established before the Christian era. Hence, it will be a great chance to walk around this historical site and enjoy its historical structures. Further, we will head to Meknes city. It is an imperial city that was the capital city in the 17th century under Sultan Moulay Ismail. It is also surrounded by high walls with great doors, known for its old historical and architectural monuments. For example, Mansour Gate, Hedim Square, and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum and more attractions to explore. Thereafter, we will head to the imperial city of Fes to discover it the next day. Overnight in a local Raid.

Day 4: Fes ~ Guided City Tour

   10 days tour from Marrakech includes a guided tour. Fes is a scientific and cultural city in Morocco. It is also known for the old Medina with medieval Marinid architecture and religious schools. Our local guide will meet in your Riad and walk you through Medina to explore historical sites. Firstly, Al-Karaouine University as the first university in the world is one of the main interesting sites you will admire. In addition to that, You will visit the Royal Palace Gate, the Jewish headquarters, the Tanneries, the tiles cooperative, Marinid Tombs and the towers. Also, you browse hundreds of handicrafts, watching locals making them directly. Our guide will make sure to walk you through the important sites before the guided tour is over. Finally, you will have another night at the same Riad.

Day 5:  From Fes ~ Ifran ~ Cedar Forest ~ Midelt ~ Ziz Valley Merzouga

  Ifrane is one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco in the Middle Atlas Mountains. It also takes the name of the Switzerland of Morocco for its alpine-style architecture, nearby ski slopes and forests. Hence, our tour will be towards Ifrane after your breakfast. You will have time to admire its beauty and head to Cedar Forest. It is home to barbarian apes where you will enjoy their freedom and take pictures. Later on, we drive along the stretching mountains to Midelt, viewing nomadic shepherds with herds. Thereafter, we will drive along Ziz Valley and make a stop to enjoy the green valley of palm trees oasis. And then, we continue to Erfoud and Merzouga. You will be welcomed with a mint tea at your accommodation and spend the night.

Day 6: Exploring Desert Areas and Camel Trekking Trip

   With 10 days tour from Marrakech, you will experience the best desert activities today. That is to say, we will drive you to a khamlia village where black skin people are. You will discover and enjoy their traditional Gnawa music and learn more about their history. Besides, we will drive off-road towards the mine of Mifis and nomads in the black desert. In Mine of Mifis, you will explore the daily adventure work of Berbers in pits that are deeper about 30m. You will also enjoy a panoramic view of the entire desert and sandy dunes. After that, we visit nomads and have Berber pizza. And we visit the flamingo’s lake and one of the oases. 

Finally, you will start a camel trekking trip. Your camel guide will stop to watch a wonderful sunset on the golden dunes. After dinner, you will enjoy  Berber drum music around the fire and spend a great night under the starry sky.

Day 7:  From Merzouga ~ Rissani ~ Todra Gorges Dades Valley

  Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the desert is a must-do experience. After breakfast, we move to Rissani. It is an old city known for its old and traditional souk and lifestyle. Mules and donkeys are the old means of transportation that have been used in the past. Moreover, you will explore the old undergo system irrigation on our way to Touroug and Todra Gorges. This area offers palm tree groves for the panoramic views and Berber clothes cooperative to visit. 

Secondly, Todra Gorges is a natural oasis that goes aside from the canyon. It is also an ideal site for rock climbers characterized by high rock wall landscapes. There will be free time to enjoy the rock walls and drive to the Rock Formation site. It takes the name of monkey fingers because the shape of the rock surface looks like the fingers of a monkey. You will visit this site and drive to Dades Valley, viewing adobe houses’ designs. Finally, you will check into your Riad in the mountains for a night.

Day 8:  From Dades Valley ~ Rose Valley ~ Ouarzazate ~ Ait Ben Haddou Marrakech

  The departure is after you have breakfast in Riad. Firstly, we will lead you through the road of  Thousand Kasbahs. The view of Kasbahs is on both sides of the road towards Rose Valley. Here, there will be enough time to explore the valley with its rose products and then head to Ouarzazate. It is known as the Hollywood of Africa for its cinema studios. Many movies were filmed in Ouarzazate, including Gladiator, and Game of Thrones. You will visit its cinema studio and shift to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. It is the largest Kasbah in Morocco that has been listed among UNESCO  World Heritage Sites since 1987.

 In addition to that, the Kasbah marks the best example of abode building architecture in Morocco. You will discover this UNESCO site and drive along Atlas Mountain to Marrakech. However, before we reach Marrakech, we will drive through Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass with stops of panoramic views, visiting the Argan oil cooperative. Marrakech is another imperial city to discover the next day. You will have a night in Riad/hotel.

Day 9: Marrakech: Guided Tour

  10 days tour from Marrakech includes a guided tour. Therefore, You will discover the most interesting historical monuments. The tour includes the Ben Youssef Madrasa which was the largest Islamic school in Morocco with Moorish architecture.
